Friendly neighbors respectful children affordable nice quiet peaceful staff very professional and polite landscape well kept the convenience of my dentist office right down the fine dining and shops along the way. Maintenance are awesome hard working making sure the job is done in a timely fashion. You have to check out the gym. I highly recommend you will enjoy your living environment i do. Last but not least the front office are very polite Pleasant.

I am very happy about my apartment! We( my son and I) were able to remain in Canton, MI for a decent price! Trees on the property are gorgeous, it's quiet and the parking is GREAT! The staff, especially Tanya is the icing on the cake! Super nice and helpful! Great place to live! Come see for yourself! Thank me later!

The kindest people work at the renters office. I have had no trouble. The maintance staff are quick to address issues at your convenience, and the rent is fairly priced

I lived here a few years ago and got an apartment that had been lived in for 20 years. They completely updated the apartment and it was great. I had to move out but when I was looking for a place again, I came back. The manager Carol is great! She remembered me and was able to find a 2 bedroom within a week. My apartment this time is not as great as my previous one, and it has had a LOT of maintenance issues. But the staff has come to fix things quickly and I am grateful for that. I feel safe.
